Basically a gravel parking lot with a few trees and lots of dust. No grass to speak of. Have a store stocked with basics. Casino within walking distance. In April the wind was very gusty.

As others have reported, there are many many signs. Do this. Don't do that. But the staff was pleasant and the campground is run with precision. Automatic gates control vehicle traffic, which is good for security, but return your access card or they charge $20 to replace it. All that not withstanding, it is a wondeful park.

Good park in heart of Sandy. 12 miles from downtown Salt Lake City. Great for a short stay, or overnight. Next door to large RV dealership, with full service facility. Good Sam discount. I rated it an 8, based on the quality of what is there.

About a dozen permanent residents have many of the "back-in" sites occupied. I would stay here again for an overnight stay only but this is no destination park.
